We are a Community Benefit Society in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, which was formed to ensure our village greengrocer, Blooming Fruity, would continue trading under community ownership.

Our share offer raised enough funds to buy the business, and the purchase officially went through on 23 September 2023. Our primary aim is to run the shop for the benefit of the community, providing the extensive range of fresh produce that people have come to expect since it first opened.

We have worked hard to establish the necessary business framework to make saving our local greengrocer a realistic proposition. Our business plan contains all the details, as well as an outline of our exciting plans to develop the business in the future.
